Gem David to Represent Webgold at K:BOS 2026 in Boston

Webgold’s Chief Strategy Officer will attend Klaviyo’s flagship customer conference at the Hynes Convention Center on 9 and 10 September.

Gem David, Chief Strategy Officer at Webgold, will represent the agency at K:BOS 2026, Klaviyo’s flagship customer conference. The conference runs on Wednesday 9 and Thursday 10 September 2026, at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston, Massachusetts.

Klaviyo has organised this year’s programme into four tracks: Klaviyo AI, Klaviyo Service, Klaviyo Marketing, and Klaviyo Platform.

Why Webgold is attending.

Webgold builds and runs online stores and customer marketing for merchants across the Caribbean, where payments, delivery, and customer data work differently from the markets most e-commerce tools are designed for. A conference on where e-commerce marketing is heading is a chance to test what is coming against those conditions before Caribbean merchants have to decide on it.

Gem will attend sessions across the programme and report back on what matters for Caribbean merchants.

Following along

Details of the conference are on Klaviyo’s K:BOS 2026 event page.
